ONSA Yoga is Organic, Natural, Simple, and Adaptable!

Weekly Hatha Yoga Classes:

Wednesdays, 10:00-11:15 am:  Hatha Yoga (Level 1).  This is an eclectic Hatha Yoga class which includes a combination of balance training, strengthening, stretching, and relaxation.

Sundays, 6:30-7:45 pm:  Hatha Yoga (Level 1-2)*.  This is an eclectic Yoga class which includes a combination of balance training, strengthening, stretching, and relaxation.  The class may include a variety of techniques, such as Sun and Moon Salutations, Five Tibetan Rites, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Foam Roller exercises. 

*No class January 1.


Single Class:  Pay what you can (up to $15 maximum)

4-Class Card:  $55

8-Class Card:  $99


Private Sessions:

Integrative Yoga Therapy, Fitness Consultations

30 minutes for $40

60 minutes for $70

Tarot Readings:  Explore your life possibilities through the archetypes of the 78 Tarot cards.

The above classes and private sessions are held at Sol Studio, 3400 Kerbey Lane (parking and entrance on 34th St.) 


In-home Personal Fitness Training:

Improve strength and flexibility with a program of home exercise, utilizing dumbbell weights, resistance bands, calisthenics, stability ball, Yoga, and/or Pilates exercises:

Rates:  $70 per hour (within Central Austin).

Paul Kevin Smith has a Master of Education Degree in Kinesiology from U.T. Austin, is a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (500-hour level), and an American College of Sports Medicine Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Certified Health Fitness Specialist.  He has completed certification programs in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Krama Yoga, and Integrative Yoga Therapy.  P.K.'s Yoga style has been influenced by his studies of Classical Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Viniyoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates, and traditional fitness training.

P.K. is a full-time Yoga, Fitness, and Pilates Instructor at Lake Austin Spa Resort, and is an Adjunct Professor of Personal Fitness Training at Austin Community College.  He is also an instructor for the 200-hour Sundara IYT Yoga Teacher Training Program at Mind Body Yoga in Austin.
