Yoga Classes and Individual Therapy Sessions to Promote Wholeness at All Levels: Body, Energy, Mind/Emotions, Wisdom, and Spirit.

Yoga Therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the philosophy and practice of yoga.

Integrative Yoga Therapy Sessions:
  $105 for 90 minutes, 4 sessions for $360.



On-Going Weekly Classes:

Wednesdays, 7:00-8:15 pm:  Yoga for a Healthy Back. 
This class includes yoga exercises that are helpful to prevent and/or manage chronic low back pain.  You will stretch and strengthen the lower back, strengthen the abdominals, and stretch the hip and hamstring muscles.

Thursdays, 11:00 am-12:15 pm:  Yoga for Strong Bones.  This class includes weight-bearing yoga movements and relaxation techniques to increase strength, balance, and flexibility.  Modifications are provided, such as using a chair for assistance.

*Sundays, 6:00-7:15 pm:  All Levels Yoga and Meditation.  
This class includes yoga positions and sequences to strengthen and stretch the body.  We always end with breathing (pranayama) and meditation techniques. 

*This class will not meet on May 25 or June 8.


Single Class:  $15 (or pay what you can)

8-Class Card:  $99

(If classes fill up, priority goes to first time students and those with 8-class cards.)

Classes and private sessions are taught by Paul K. Smith:

Master of Education Degree in Kinesiology from U.T. Austin.

Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher.

Certified in Vinyasa Krama Yoga by Srivatsa Ramaswami.

American College of Sports Medicine Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Health/Fitness Instructor.

Completed the Ayurvedic Institute's Home Study Program.

Currently working toward 1000-hour certification through IYT as an Integrative Yoga Therapist.

13 years experience teaching yoga; 16 years experience as a fitness instructor.

Currently full-time Yoga and Fitness Instructor at Lake Austin Spa Resort (the Number One rated Spa Resort in North America -- Conde Naste Traveler Magazine, 2008).  Also Adjunct Professor in the Personal Fitness Trainer Program at Austin Community College.
