On-Going Weekly Classes:

Wednesdays, 7:00-8:15 pm:  Yoga for a Healthy Back. 
This class includes yoga exercises that are helpful to prevent and/or manage chronic low back pain.  You will stretch and strengthen the lower back, strengthen the abdominals, and stretch the hip and hamstring muscles.


Thursdays, 11:00 am-12:15 pm:  Yoga for Strong Bones.  This class includes weight-bearing yoga movements and relaxation techniques to increase strength, balance, and flexibility.  Modifications are provided, such as using a chair for assistance.  This class is particularly helpful for individuals with osteoporosis or osteopenia.


Sundays, 6:00-7:15 pm:  All Levels Yoga.  This is an eclectic class which may include Vinyasa Yoga, Viniyoga, and Yin Yoga.


Single Class:  $15 (or pay what you can)

8-Class Card:  $99

Three-month Unlimited Class Pass:  $180  

Class cards can also be used for Thurs. 12:30-1:30 pm Qi Gong classes, and for Yoga Classes at Remedy Center with Summer Greenlees.

If classes fill up, priority goes to first time students and those with class cards.

Private Sessions:

60 minutes for $70

90 minutes for $105

Four 90-minute sessions for $360

Paul has a Master of Education Degree in Kinesiology from U.T. Austin, is a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (500-hour level), and an American College of Sports Medicine Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Certified Health Fitness Specialist.  He has completed a 500-hour certification program in Integrative Yoga Therapy.  Paul's Yoga classes combine elements of Vinyasa Yoga, Viniyoga, Yin Yoga and Somatics, and have been influenced by his studies with Srivatsa Ramaswami, Sharon Gannon, David Life, Gary Kraftsow, Joseph and Lilian LePage, Paul Grilley, and Mika.  His philosophical approach combines traditional Yoga with Taoism.

Paul has studied Yoga since the late 1970's, and has been teaching since he completed his first Yoga Teacher training from Austin's former Yoga House in 1994.  He is very experienced at helping individuals with chronic health conditions to adapt yoga to their abilities.

Paul is a full-time Yoga, Fitness, and Pilates Instructor at Lake Austin Spa Resort, and is an Adjunct Professor of Personal Fitness Training at Austin Community College.
